Those who have a little knowledge of safety production and some experience in on-site production management know that the above five problems are the basic contents of the enterprise's safety production life guarantee system. Every word, including countless lives and blood, is written by generations of operators with painful lessons and bloody facts.
Any enterprise and any enterprise manager should understand that life safety is greater than heaven. However, there was an exception in a Taiwanese enterprise in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. It means that the most important thing is to attract investment. There is no direction and premise, no restrictions and rules.
In addition, the goal of Kunshan's legal environment is "how can the boss feel at ease", the goal of the service environment is "how can the boss feel happy", and the goal of the humanistic environment is "how can the boss feel at ease"... Everything depends on the boss's idea! What does the boss want to do? Is Kunshan the private home of these bosses?
The grand Kunshan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have lost their basic positions and policies. Because of the investment attraction GDP, they ignore the basic national policies of the country and brazenly advertise the slogan of the world. Where are the social interests of the city, how to protect the rights and interests of enterprise employees, and what is the purpose of investment attraction?
It is under the guidance of this extremely absurd and wrong idea that some business owners recklessly cheat and exploit workers, and arbitrarily trample on and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of workers. The Kunshan dust explosion accident is a living typical case.
Our country has paid enough attention to attracting investment and foreign enterprises in terms of tax relief and preferential development. This kind of attention is for the sake of win-win, and it is to promote technological progress and improve the comprehensive strength of society. It is impossible to allow some enterprises in some places to engage in primitive production under the banner of original management under the banner of attracting investment, and it is impossible to allow ignorance and backwardness under the banner of progress.
