On May 18, the fifth Anzhen Regional Games of "Encountering Anzhen with Passion" opened.

Anzhen Street gave full play to the role of the regional party building coordination committee, and mobilized a total of 631 employees from 56 social units in the area to participate in the competition. In addition, 16 local social units, including China Puppet Art Theater Co., Ltd., provided some materials and prizes for the event free of charge.

This Games has both traditional competitive events and new interesting games. There are 4 team events in total, including tug of war, shuttle figure eight jump, obstacle relay run, and fixed point shooting, 3 individual events, including 30 second single swing rope skipping, 30 second shuttlecock kicking, and flat plate support, and 6 interesting experience activities, including ferrule, frisbee, curling, quick eye, catch baby, and dart throwing. The whole atmosphere of the Games was warm and orderly. 631 athletes in the stadium chased each other and fought bravely to challenge themselves and transcend the limits, demonstrating the spirit of Anzhen people who were brave to fight and upward.

The calisthenics performance between competitions became a highlight on the competition field. The performance team of Anzhen Drum Zhixuan Waist Drum Team, Beijing Quality and Energy Exchange Sports Culture Development Co., Ltd. (Chase Fitness), and Beijing Qiushi Vocational School (Anzhenli Campus) brought the audience three distinctive calisthenics shows. After the competition, fun experience activities were also held, aiming to let more people enjoy sports in a relaxed and happy atmosphere through frisbee, curling, eye and hand.

It is understood that Anzhen Street is located in the Olympic functional area. It has always been a tradition to carry forward the Olympic spirit and develop sports for all. In recent years, Anzhen Street has played a role in the regional party building work system of "one meeting, three platforms and six alliances", fully mobilized the resources of social units and stores under its jurisdiction, and supported the construction of the national fitness system online and offline; Led the project of benefiting the people with the brand of "Meet and Recommend Anzhen", and sent 100 taijiquan courses to communities and enterprises to bring immersive fencing experience to young people; Carpet type screening of 35 national fitness venues, 248 pieces of fitness equipment, 63 pieces of maintenance and renewal; Actively cultivate cultural and sports teams, with an annual average of more than 100 people competing bravely in district level sports events.
