Opening the door of the warehouse of Ted Pharmaceutical Yizhuang Factory, it was dark, and only the sound of goods transmission could be heard. This warehouse is empty, but extremely busy. The 24 meter high warehouse has more than 15000 storage spaces. Automated warehousing will not mistake any raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products. The two-dimensional code is marked on the storage location. Where to go, where to go, there are all in the computer.

This is a "corner" of Beijing Yizhuang Intelligent Factory. "We are accelerating to build a number of world-class smart manufacturing benchmark factories, playing a leading role in the city's intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry." The relevant person in charge of Beijing Economic Development Zone revealed yesterday that 16 Beijing smart factories and 15 digital workshops have been built, ranking first in the city.

No people coming and going, but the production capacity is rising

The warehouse is the "first stop" of Ted Pharmaceutical's intelligent factory. The raw and auxiliary materials are transported to the production line from here, which starts an intelligent journey.

A plaster for external use is being produced on the production line. The plaster is first smeared on a piece of non-woven fabric 1.2 meters wide, then cut into pieces about ten centimeters square, then bagged and packed, and finally the boxed goods "take" the conveyor belt to the warehouse.

The whole process is almost completed by automation equipment. There are only about 10 workers on an inner packaging production line, who are only responsible for inspection. However, this does not affect the output in any way, and the annual production capacity can reach 150 million pieces.

Many factories in Yizhuang are no longer crowded and brightly lit, but their production efficiency has been greatly improved. "The production efficiency has been improved by 50%, and the labor force has been reduced by 30%, especially the assembly and testing links are completely unmanned." Hollysys Group's factory in Beijing Economic Development Zone completed the intelligent transformation many years ago. He Chunming, vice president of Hollysys Group, sighed that intelligence is a "good recipe" for factories producing multiple varieties and small batches of products.

Hollysys factory produces more than 50 products. In the past, the production of different products required manual adjustment of production lines, replacement of process documents, and even replacement of equipment; Now, the automation equipment is set in advance, which can meet the requirements of mixed production and seamless switching of different products, saving a lot of time and cost.

Under the new round of scientific and technological revolution, intelligent manufacturing has become a springboard for the industry to leap to the high-end of the global value chain. As the main position of Beijing's high-end industries, Beijing Yizhuang has grown into smart factories. According to the data, 16 Beijing smart factories and 15 digital workshops have been built, ranking first in the city.

"Yizhuang Intelligent Manufacturing Scheme" is exported

"By getting through the data and software, we can better schedule production, find out which links restrict production, and then optimize them through algorithms," He Chunming said.

In the process of intelligent transformation, Hollysys uses its own developed automation equipment to produce more automation products. As early as 2014, the National Development and Reform Commission set up the "Digital Workshop for Programmable Logic Controller Manufacturing" intelligent manufacturing equipment project, which was responsible for the overall planning, design and implementation.

Successful experiences spread widely. More than 100 factories of more than 50 enterprises, including Haier Group, Sany Group, XCMG Group, China Resources Group and Shuangjie Group, have adopted Hollysys' self controlled core products and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Through the "programmable controller manufacturing digital workshop", the production efficiency has increased by 50% and energy consumption has decreased by 10%.

"Beijing Yizhuang is not only the birthplace of intelligent manufacturing factories, but also the birthplace of China's intelligent manufacturing standards." The relevant person in charge of Beijing Economic Development Zone said that one third of the 285 national standards for intelligent manufacturing that have been released were born here.

In 2025, the scale of "intelligent manufacturing" industry will exceed 100 billion yuan

Behind this, in order to support "intelligent manufacturing", relevant departments provide incubation carriers for enterprises in the concept verification stage; At the prototype stage, innovative service coupons are issued to enterprises to purchase third-party pre clinical verification services; Enter the clinical trial, and grant financial subsidies according to different stages

Under the policy support, the new industrial pattern is taking shape at an accelerated pace. According to the relevant person in charge, we will continue to promote the pilot and demonstration work of intelligent manufacturing, form a batch of "smart+" models, and lead and drive the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Beijing and even the whole country. It is estimated that by 2025, the total scale of Yizhuang robot and intelligent manufacturing industry cluster will exceed 100 billion yuan.
