Product Introduction
Anritsu MT8860C
It is the only WLAN tester in the market that can test WLAN devices through network mode and direct mode according to IEEE 802.11 standard.
Integrated 802.11a/b/g/n transmitter and receiver tester
"Network" mode - use standard WLAN protocol to establish connection with DUT, and then test the device
Use the built-in DHCP server to automatically configure the IP settings of DUT
Packet loopback mode simplifies the measurement of DUT transmitter
Built in standard reference radio, capable of measuring the calibrated packet error ratio (PER)
"Direct" mode - test WLAN devices with the support of test mode software provided by chipset manufacturers
User defined WLAN packet transmission
Built in transmitter analysis
Shorten test system design time
High speed transmitter performance measurement, including power burst characteristics, spectrum template and CCDF
Error vector amplitude (EVM) measurement, constellation display
Use LANBook software to configure the instrument line and display the measurement results
Equipped with CombiTest software that meets the production test requirements
The MT8860C integrated comprehensive tester is specially used for testing 802.11 WLAN devices. The high-speed measurement scheme provided by the tester is applicable to both production testing and design verification.
MT8860C provides two operation modes: network mode and direct mode. "Network" mode adopts standard WLAN signaling, which can be used to test the transmitter and receiver of DUT. In the "direct" mode, the MT8860C can test the DUT reception by generating and transmitting WLAN packets, and use its built-in transmitter to analyze and test the DUT transmitter. In the "direct" mode, the DUT must be controlled using the test mode software utility provided by the chipset manufacturer. The user interface operates through the provided LANBook software package. LANBook runs on a standard PC, and the instrument configuration and result display interface are traditional Windows? The system interface and the results are displayed in clear figures and graphs. LANBook communicates with MT8860C through GPIB interface.
