High pressure oil pipe can withstand high pressure up to 150MPa, abnormal vibration will cause huge losses, and there is also a great fire hazard. To troubleshoot Fuel injector The opening and closing of the needle valve will cause strong high-frequency vibration of the high-pressure oil pipe, which is one of the important reasons for the damage of the high-pressure oil pipe. To this end, the middle part of the high-pressure oil pipe can be fixed on adjacent bolts and other fasteners with clips to reduce resonance. In addition, the quality of the high-pressure oil pipe shall be controlled, and it shall be correctly assembled. The pipe clamp shall be installed in the correct position, and no missing installation is allowed. If the high-pressure oil pipe joint leaks, some emergency measures need to be known are:
1. Cut a soft metal sheet or plastic sheet into a small ring shape and pad it in the joint cavity, and then press the horn head;
2. Wrap the fuse and cotton thread around the shoulder several times along the tightening direction, and tighten the joint nut. Apply soap or chewed bubble gum and chewing gum on the nut seat.

Transposition method: in the hydraulic system, the rubber hoses of the same oil circuit have the same specifications, but bear different oil pressures. Most of the broken hoses are hoses that bear high oil pressure. For example, among the two oil pipes of the same specification on the boom cylinder of W4-60 excavator and ZL series loader, the oil pipe connected to the boom cylinder cavity always bears a large oil pressure. According to this, the transposition method can be used: simply glue or bind the broken hose; Interchange the oil pipes in the big and small cavities of the boom cylinder (that is, use the unbroken oil pipe to bear the high pressure, and use the damaged oil pipe that has been simply bonded or bundled to bear the low pressure).
