Allergic constitution refers to a special constitution formed on the basis of congenital heredity. Under the effect of external factors, the physiological function and self-adjusting ability are low, and the responsiveness is enhanced. Its sensitivity tendency is manifested in the affinity and responsiveness to different allergens, showing the difference of individual constitution and the tendency of family aggregation. There is a very close relationship between allergic constitution and allergic diseases. It is difficult to identify people with allergic constitution because their external performance is the same as that of ordinary people.

1. Find out the allergen
At present, there are many methods to detect allergens, such as skin allergy prick test, patch test, blood sampling, etc. Care should be taken to avoid contact with allergens.
2. Avoid drug allergy
When an allergic person goes to the hospital for treatment, he/she should inform the medical staff of his/her family and own drug allergy history, and strictly conduct skin tests to avoid the reuse of allergic drugs. Allergic people should observe under the guidance of doctors when using new drugs.
3. Pay attention to balanced diet and nutrition
Some foods are also allergens, which should be identified. Eating more vitamin rich foods can enhance the immune capacity of the body. Eat less greasy, sweet and stimulating food.
4. Correctly select skin care products
People with allergies should be careful when choosing skin care products, and the following principles can be followed: ① products containing alcohol and fruit acid should be used with caution; ② Do not choose products with too fragrant smell; ③ Do not use deep cleaning scrub and exfoliating cream; ④ When purchasing, products marked with "for sensitive skin" or "hypoallergenic" or "tested by dermatologist" should be selected.
