On June 6, 2023, the 10th Standing Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology held its eighth meeting, which reviewed and approved He Junke as the first secretary of the 10th Secretariat of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology.The meeting deliberated and agreed to change He Junke into Vice Chairman of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, member of the Standing Committee, member of the National Committee, and representative of the 10th National Congress, and submitted it to the 10th National Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology for approval according to the procedure.[8]
