1. Turn on the air cylinder switch, and the storage pressure in the cylinder is generally 18~30MPa. With the increase of the pressure in the pipeline and the decompression system, the residual pressure alarm will be heard.
2. Close the cylinder valve and observe the change of the pressure gauge reading. Within 5min, the pressure gauge reading should not drop more than 2MPa, indicating that the gas supply pipeline has good high pressure air tightness. Otherwise, check the air tightness of each joint.
3. Gently press the supply valve diaphragm group through the lever of the supply valve to slowly discharge the air in the pipeline. When the pressure drops to 4~6MPa, the residual pressure alarm shall give an alarm sound and continuously sound until the indicated value of the pressure gauge is close to zero. Otherwise, the alarm shall be calibrated again.
4. Check whether the pressure gauge is damaged and whether its connection is firm.
5. Whether the medium pressure conduit is aged, cracked, leaking, firmly connected with the supply valve, quick connector and pressure reducer, and damaged.
6. Check whether the action of the supply valve is flexible, whether there are missing parts, whether the connection between it and the medium pressure conduit is firm and whether it is damaged. Whether the supply valve and exhalation valve match. Take the exhaler, open the cylinder switch, and press the supply valve lever to make it work. When aspirating, the supply valve shall supply air with obvious "sibilant" sound. When you exhale or hold your breath, the supply valve stops supplying air, and there is no "hissing" sound, indicating a good match. If the supply valve still supplies air when exhaling or holding, a "sibilant" sound can be heard, indicating that it is not matched. The ventilation resistance of the positive type air exhalation valve should be verified, or the full face mask should be replaced to make it meet the matching requirements.
7. Check whether the lens, tie, annular seal, exhalation valve and suction valve of the full face mask are intact, whether there are missing parts, and whether the connection position of the supply valve is correct and whether the connection is firm. The lens and other parts of the full cover should be clean, bright and free of dirt. Check whether the full face mask fits the face well and is airtight. The method is: turn off the air bottle switch, suck deeply several times, and suck up the remaining gas in the air respirator pipeline system. Keep negative pressure in the full mask. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the full mask should move towards the human face, feeling dyspnea It is proved that the full mask and exhalation valve have good air tightness.
8. Whether the air cylinder is firmly fixed and whether it is firmly and airtight connected with the pressure reducer. Whether the straps and waistbands are in good condition, and whether there are fractures, etc [2]

5. Check the mask group to ensure that the mask is intact without leakage;
6. Take out the respirator, put two arms into the left and right braces respectively, and place the backboard on the back;
7. Pull the belt in front of the body forward, and adjust the shoulder belt with shoulder movements until it can be firmly against the back. The shoulder belt should not be too tight, and it is better to feel that the weight should be borne by the back;
8. Fasten the belt buckle until it is comfortable, and adjust the strap again until it is properly distributed on the back;
9. Open the air bottle and let the air fill the whole respiratory system;
10. Put on the mask and adjust the headband to make the mask fully stick to the face;
11. Take out the supply valve from the waist retainer and insert it into the air breathing mechanism on the mask. When you hear a "click", it means the connection is in place;
12. Take a quick deep breath and start to open the breathing valve, breathe repeatedly several times to determine the air flow;
13. Work safely and effectively in various environments with toxic gas, thick smoke and oxygen deficiency;
14. When the pressure of the gas cylinder drops to 5-6MPa, the alarm siren will alarm automatically. The operation can be resumed only after the gas cylinder is evacuated to a safe area and replaced again.

5. It is strictly prohibited to fill expired and expired air bottles, and it is absolutely prohibited to use modified air bottles;
