Precautions for filling of dechlorination agent
The filling of dechlorinating agent directly affects the use effect, which must be paid great attention to
1. The filling of dechlorinating agent shall not be carried out in rainy days, so as not to affect the use effect of dechlorinating agent.
2. Before filling, check whether there is obvious powder layer during transportation and loading. If there is, filter the dechlorination agent.
3. The filling volume shall be calculated and the height diameter ratio shall be greater than 3.0.
4. Lay 8-10 mesh stainless steel wire mesh on the plate of reactor, and then fill with dechlorination agent. If the gas is from the bottom to the top, a layer of 8-10 mesh stainless steel wire mesh must be laid on the dechlorination agent and fixed.
5. Special filling tools shall be used, and the discharge pipe shall be able to rotate freely, so that the materials can be filled evenly in the reactor. It is forbidden to pour the dechlorination agent from the middle or fixed parts.
