The lower structural layer is a complex rock series composed of extremely thick and strongly folded metamorphic rocks and magmatic rocks, which is usually called crystalline basement or folded basement.
The platform is an area with relatively stable crust and obvious double-layer structure. The upper structural layer is composed of unmodified, gentle occurrence and small thickness sedimentary rocks, which is generally called sedimentary cover.
