Bonding mortar is composed of cement Quartz sand The polymer binder is mixed with various additives through mechanical mixing. The adhesive mainly used for bonding insulation board is also called polymer insulation board bonding mortar. The bonding mortar is specially made with high-quality modification cement And a variety of polymer materials and fillers, Water retention Good, high adhesion strength.

main features

1: Same as base wall and Polystyrene board And other insulation boards have strong bonding effect.
2: It has good water resistance, freeze thaw resistance and aging resistance.
3: It is convenient for construction and is a very safe and reliable bonding material for thermal insulation system.
4: No sliding and falling during construction. It has excellent weather resistance, impact resistance and crack resistance.

Construction method

1: Base course requirements: flat, firm, dry and clean. The new plastering layer can be constructed after hardening and drying for at least 14 days (the flatness of the base course is less than 2-5mm/m2).
2: Material preparation: add water at the proportion of 25-30% of the weight of the material (the amount of water can be adjusted according to the base course and climate conditions) until the mixture is evenly mixed. The mixture should be used up within 2 hours.
3: The amount of bonded polystyrene board is 4-5kg/m2. According to the flatness of the wall, the whole surface bonding method or the point frame method are used for bonding the polystyrene board.
A: Whole surface bonding: it is applicable to the flat base course whose flatness is required to be less than 5mm/m2. Apply the adhesive on the insulation board with a serrated plasterer, and then glue the insulation board on the wall from bottom to bottom. The board surface is flat, and the board joints are pressed tightly without gaps.
B: Point and frame bonding: it is applicable to uneven base course with unevenness less than 10 mm/m2. Apply the adhesive evenly to the edge of the insulation board with a plastering knife, and then evenly distribute 6 bonding points on the board surface, depending on the wall thickness planeness determine. Then stick the board to the wall as above.

Matching proportion

The ratio of bonding mortar to water is about 4:1 (weight ratio) until it is evenly mixed. Reference dosage: 4~6kg/m2

Status of base wall

The base wall must be flat, firm, clean and dry. The loose parts of the coating layer and plaster layer on the wall surface of the base course must be removed. The newly coated plastering layer must be dried and hardened before use.

Construction of materials

Use a plastering knife to plaster the adhesive paste onto the insulation board, and then evenly rub and paste the insulation board onto the base wall from bottom to bottom. The board surface should be flat, and the board joints should be compacted until there is no gap. Combined use of 2m Guiding rule Check the flatness, and there shall be no adhesive between the board joints.
Pasting method: point to edge pasting or strip pasting area ≥ 40% of the whole board area.

packing

This product is packed in kraft paper bags, each with a net weight of 40kg.

keep in storage

Stored at 5~30 ℃ for 6 months, sunscreen and waterproof, and transported as non dangerous goods. Place on Pallet Store above and off the ground to avoid rain wetting and ensure ventilation and dryness. Avoid direct sunlight.

1: After mixing the bonding mortar in the mix proportion, the viscosity of the mortar can be adjusted according to the situation of the construction site.
2: The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall shall not be lower than 5 ℃, and the wind force shall be below Grade 5 to avoid construction in rainy days.
3: When pasting the insulation board, it shall be evenly rubbed and pressed, and shall not be pounded and vibrated.
4: Within 48 hours after pasting, the construction of the next process shall not be carried out, and touch, knock and vibration shall be avoided.
5: In case of wind force above level 5 or rainfall, protective measures shall be taken.
6: The mixed mortar shall be used up within 2 hours, and the solidified and hardened mortar shall not be used again.
7: It is forbidden to add sand, cement and other additives on the construction site without permission.
