The State Key Laboratory of Coal Liquefaction and Coal Chemical Industry is one of the first 36 national key laboratories of enterprises approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The laboratory is located in Zhangjiang High tech Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a total area of about 5000 square meters. Dr. Sun Qiwen, General Manager of Shanghai Yankuang Energy Technology Research and Development Co., Ltd., serves as the director of the laboratory. The laboratory has carried out a lot of fruitful work in the technical research and development of coal liquefaction and coal chemical industry, and has made a series of achievements. 1. Completed the independent research and development of indirect liquefaction technology for low-temperature Fischer Tropsch synthesis coal, built a 5000t/a Fischer Tropsch synthesis pilot plant and its supporting 100t/a catalyst plant, which achieved 4706 hours of long-term continuous and stable full load operation, and all technical indicators reached the leading domestic and international levels cetane number It is above 75, sulfur free, nitrogen free and low aromatic content, and is a high-quality environmental protection oil; The total yield of naphtha steam cracking triene is more than 60%, which is a high-quality ethylene cracking raw material. In particular, the laboratory pays equal attention to the development idea of indirect liquefaction catalyst and reactor, and has made technical breakthroughs in high-temperature Fischer Tropsch synthesis, which has promoted the industrialization of coal liquefaction and emerging coal chemical technology in China, and provided effective technical support for the implementation of China's clean coal utilization and diversified energy development strategy. At present, the laboratory has 65 fixed personnel. During the construction period, 5 senior technical experts and 4 doctors were introduced. The team structure is reasonable, and the achievements in talent introduction and team building are remarkable. During the construction of the laboratory, 218 million yuan was invested to purchase 50 sets of large-scale experimental instruments and 802 sets of pilot test equipment. The laboratory covers an area of 5000 cubic meters, and the pilot test base covers an area of 3000 square meters. A technological innovation platform for coal liquefaction and coal chemical industry and an industrial test innovation platform with complete supporting facilities and complete functions have been built. The supporting unit Yankuang Group Co., Ltd. gave strong support to the laboratory construction. Corresponding rules and regulations have been formulated.
