For polar head, the alcohol part of phospholipid is either glycerin or sphingosine, so it can be divided into glycerol phospholipid and sphingomyelin, both of which belong to polar lipids. Polar fat is composed of polar part (called polar head) and non-polar part (called non-polar tail).
