1、 The operator must pass the examination and hold the Equipment Operation Certificate of the machine tool before operating the machine tool.
2、 Before work:
1. Read the shift handover record carefully to understand the operation and problems of the previous machine tool.
2. Check the machine tool, workbench, guide rail and main sliding surfaces, if any obstacle Tools, scrap iron and impurities must be cleaned, wiped and oiled.
3. Check the workbench, guide rail and main sliding surface for new pulling, grinding and bumping. If any, inform the team leader or equipment personnel to check together and make records.
4. Check that the safety protection, braking (stop), limit and reversing devices are complete and intact.
5. Check that the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other operating handles, valves, switches, etc. should be in the non working position.
6. Check that all tool holders are in non working position.
7. Check that the electrical distribution box is closed firmly and the electrical grounding is good.
8. Check that the oil volume at the oil storage part of the lubrication system meets the requirements and is well sealed. The oil pointer, oil window, oil cup, oil nozzle, oil line, felt, oil pipe and oil separator shall be complete and installed correctly. Manually refuel or manually pump oil according to the lubrication instruction chart, and check whether oil comes from the oil window.
9. If the machine tool is shut down for more than one shift, it shall be idle run for 3~5 minutes according to the start-up procedures and requirements specified in the instruction manual and the regulations on the use of hydrostatic devices (see Appendix I for details). Check:
① Whether the operating handle, logging door and switch are flexible, accurate and reliable.
② Whether safety protection, braking (stop), interlocking, clamping mechanism and other devices work.
③ Check whether the movement of the mechanism has enough travel, adjust and fix the limit, fixed range stopper and reversing bumper.
④ Whether there is oil in the lubricating parts of the motor pump or hand pump, and whether the lubrication is good.
⑤ Whether the action, working cycle, temperature rise and sound of mechanical, hydraulic, static, pneumatic, profiling, profiling and other devices are normal. Whether the pressure (hydraulic and pneumatic) meets the requirements. After confirming that everything is normal, work can be started.
All equipment for continuous shift handover shall be inspected by the shift handover personnel in accordance with the above (Article 9). The shift handover personnel can leave only after the shift handover is clear. If any equipment that is taken over from another shift is found to have seriously violated the operating procedures of the previous shift, the team leader or equipment personnel must be notified to check it together and make records, otherwise, it will be handled as per the operating procedures violated by the current shift.
After the equipment is overhauled or adjusted, the equipment must also be checked in detail according to the provisions of the above (9), and the work can be started only after everything is considered correct.
3、 Earnestly do the following in work:
1. Stick to the post, operate carefully, and do not do anything irrelevant to work. When leaving the machine tool for some reason, stop the machine and turn off the power and air supply.
2. Processing shall be carried out according to process regulations. It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the feed amount, grinding amount and cutting (grinding) speed. It is not allowed to use the machine tool beyond the specification, overload and weight. It is not allowed to use fine machine for rough use and large machine for small use.
3. Tools and workpieces shall be correctly clamped and firmly fastened. Do not damage the machine tool during loading and unloading. It is not allowed to strike with heavy hammer when aligning tools and workpieces. It is not allowed to fasten tools and workpieces by lengthening the handle to increase torque.
4. It is not allowed to install thimbles, tools, tool sleeves, etc. that are inconsistent with their taper or hole diameter, nicked and unclean on the surface in the machine tool spindle taper hole, tailstock sleeve taper hole and other tool installation holes.
5. The mechanical speed change of the transmission and feed mechanism, the clamping and alignment of the tool and workpiece, and the manual measurement of the workpiece between processes should be stopped after the cutting and grinding are terminated and the tool and grinding tool are withdrawn from the workpiece.
6. The cutting tools and abrasive tools shall be kept sharp. If they become blunt or crack, they shall be sharpened or replaced in time.
7. During cutting and grinding, the cutting tool and grinding tool shall not be stopped until they leave the workpiece.
8. It is not allowed to disassemble the Safety protection device The machine tool without safety protection device is not allowed to work.
9. The hydraulic system shall not be adjusted without authorization except for throttling valve.
10. Tools, workpieces and other sundries are not allowed to be placed directly on the machine tool, especially on the guide rail surface and the workbench surface.
11. Frequently remove iron filings Keep the guide rail surface, sliding surface, rotating surface, positioning reference surface and workbench clean.
12. Pay close attention to the operation and lubrication of the machine tool. In case of abnormal phenomena such as action failure, vibration, heating, crawling, noise, odor, collision, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting.
13. In case of machine tool accident, press the main stop button immediately, keep the accident scene, and report to the relevant department for analysis and handling.
14. It is not allowed to weld or repair the workpiece on the machine tool.
4、 After work, we should carefully do the following:
1. Put the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other operating handles, valves, switches, etc. onto the non working position.
2. Stop the machine and cut off the power and air supply.
3. Remove iron filings, clean the work site, and carefully wipe the machine tool. Oil and maintain the guide rail surface, rotating and sliding surfaces, positioning datum plane, workbench, etc.
4. Carefully fill the machine tool problems found in the shift into the shift handover record book and do a good job in the shift handover.
