In 1987, Xi'an Jiaotong University's Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) Center was composed of three disciplines: system engineering, mechanical manufacturing and management engineering. [4]
State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Manufacturing System Engineering
In 1989, the project was approved and approved by the National Planning Commission to use the World Bank loan of 1.2 million US dollars. Relying on the three national key disciplines of Xi'an Jiaotong University, namely, mechanical manufacturing and automation, system engineering, and management science and engineering, the national key laboratory of mechanical manufacturing system engineering was jointly established. [4]
In 1991, the international bidding for loan projects and equipment procurement was launched and construction began. [4]
In 1995, the laboratory passed the national acceptance and was officially opened to the public. [4]
In 1997, all the equipment purchased with the World Bank loan was in place and put into operation. [4]
In 2003, the laboratory passed the first national evaluation. [4]
In 2008, the laboratory passed the second national assessment. [4]
In 2013, the laboratory passed the third evaluation and was rated as "excellent". [4]
In 2015, it passed the qualification accreditation of the qualification evaluation team directly under Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and obtained the metrological accreditation of laboratory qualification accreditation issued by Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision( CMA )Certificates. In 2018, the laboratory passed the fourth evaluation and was rated as "excellent". [4]
