Zhu Yusheng (? - 1932) was born in Chuzhou, Huai'an, Jiangsu Province, in the official family of Sanjiao Bridge, Dongchang Street, Huaicheng. In the 26th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu (1900), the candidate cabinet was elected. Later, he went to Japan to study. He took the economy as the governor of Zhili and minister of Beiyang Li Hongzhang Appreciation, recommended to the Ministry of Household. In the 31st year of Guangxu's reign, he was appointed as the head office of the Ministry of Finance and the Bank. During the period of the Beiyang government, Jiangsu and Zhejiang consortiums rose, and Shanghai's financial industry developed rapidly. In the ninth year of the Republic of China, Zhu Yusheng advocated and supported the integration of salt industry, Jincheng, Mainland China and Central South Bank in the north, co founded the "Four Bank Joint Business Office", and set up the "Four Bank Reserve" and the "Four Bank Savings Association" to compete with the "Four South Banks" to ensure that Central South Bank printed banknotes and formed an independent economic system. In the 15th year of the Republic of China, Zhu Yusheng proposed to set up the Jiangbei Kindergarten, a rural cultural charity, to enroll orphans in the school. In the 16th year of the Republic of China, Zhu Yusheng was transferred to the manager of Shanghai Branch of Salt Bank; In the 18th year of the Republic of China, he was transferred to manager of Tianjin Branch.
