In February 1934, Chiang Kai shek launched a social atmosphere reform movement in Nanchang. The campaign propaganda takes the slogan of "courtesy, righteousness, honesty and shame" and "militarization of life" as the slogan, starts with the transformation of the daily life of the people, takes tidiness, cleanness, simplicity, simplicity, etc. as the standard, in order to get rid of bad habits and improve the quality of the people. From the perspective of improving life, sports have certain positive significance. However, on the ideological level, it combines elements of traditional Chinese ethical hierarchy, nationalism, European fascism, Japanese militarism and even Christian values to maintain the rule of the Kuomintang. As a result, many questions were raised and the expected results were not achieved. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, the movement gradually stopped. [1]
