Baodugu Guishe Lake National Water Conservancy Scenic Area, located in the southeast of Shanting District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, is mainly composed of Baodugu Scenic Area, Guishe Lake (Zhoucun Reservoir) Scenic Area, Xionger Mountain Scenic Area and Ecological Protection Area, with a total area of about 128 square kilometers.The central water area of the scenic spot refers to Zhoucun Reservoir in front of Baodugu Mountain, located between Guishan Mountain and Sheshan Mountain, also known as Guishe Lake, with a water surface area of about 6.39 square meters.
The Guishe Lake is connected to Baodu Gushan Scenic Area, surrounded by mountains and rivers, with vast waters and beautiful mountains and waters.The scenic spot integrates natural resources such as "Gushan", "Valley", "Spring", "River", and "Lake". The typical Gushan shaped mountains represented by Baodu Gushan appear in groups in the scenic spot, with more than 30 places, which is a rare geological spectacle in China.
