Dai Botao (1907-1981), formerly known as Bai Tao, Bai Tao and Xu Jiashi. Jiangsu Province Danyang People. Educator and publisher. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1937. He used to be the head of the National Education Section of the Propaganda Department of the Central China Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, and the chairman of the China Pedagogy Research Association. Dai Botao (1907-1981) was an educator and publisher. The former names were Bai Tao, Bai Tao and Xu Jiashi. Jiangsu Province Danyang People. In his early years, he studied in the Commercial College, the first batch of graduates of Nanjing Xiaozhuang Normal School. In 1931, he went to Shanghai to participate in the anti Japanese and anti Japanese education movement. In 1936, he initiated and organized the National Disaster Education Agency, and was responsible for editing Life Education (later renamed Anti Japanese War Education and War Education). He joined the Communist Party of China in 1937. In the same year, he initiated the establishment of the National Association of Wartime Education and served as the executive director. He used to be the head of the National Education Section of the Propaganda Department of the Central China Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, the head of the Education Department of the Yanfu Administrative Office, the head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Yanfu Local Party Committee, the member of the Jiangsu Anhui Border Region Government and the deputy director of the Education Department, the vice president of Central China Construction University, the vice president of Central China Administrative Cadre School, and the director of the Education Department of the Shandong Provincial People's Government. After the founding of New China, he has successively served as the director of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Education, the first vice president of the People's Education Press, the vice president of the Chinese Society of Education, and the chairman of the China Pedagogy Research Association. He participated in the First Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is a delegate to the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It has made great contributions to the development of textbook compilation and publishing in China and accumulated rich experience. [1 ]
