Recovery law, the term in Durkheim's Social Division of Labor (1893), refers to the legal system of modern society and the symmetry of suppression law. Durkheim believes that modern society is based on the division of labor. People are engaged in different jobs, but they are functionally interconnected and interdependent. People are connected by organic linkage. Violation of legal norms will destroy the organic links between social members.
