From 1989 to 1993, he won the scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture and the Ministry of Education of Japan to carry out cooperative research, and in 1993, he received a doctor's degree from Toyotsubashi University of Science and Technology of Japan;
From 1999 to 2000, as a senior visiting scholar, he carried out cooperative research in the University of California;
1985~1989, worked in the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was employed as an associate researcher on an exceptional basis in 1989;
In 1994.7, he was promoted to professor, and in 1996, he was elected as doctoral supervisor.
