In the fourth year of Xianhe in the Jin Dynasty (329), on the 10th day of March (April 24), Shi'an Prefecture was still the principality of Shi'an, and it was still a prefecture in the Southern Song Dynasty.
On the ninth day of December in the sixth year of Datong in Liang Dynasty (January 21, 541), Guizhou government office was moved to Shi'an County.
Emperor Wen of the Sui Dynasty In the ninth year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign (589), Shi'an Prefecture was abolished, and the Guizhou General Administration Office was set in Shi'an City.
In the first year of Tianbao (742), Guizhou was changed into Shi'an County. In the first year of the Qianyuan era (758), the organizational system of Guizhou was restored. Since then, Shi'an County has not been restored.
