On June 20, 2013, the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China issued the National Highway Network Planning (2013-2030), which is also called the "71118 Project". On the basis of the "7918 Project", several connecting lines were added, including Tianjin Shijiazhuang Expressway (referred to as "Tianjin Shijiazhuang Expressway"), numbered "National Expressway G0211" [3]

Construction history

The construction mileage of the main line is 169.807 km, and the main line (including the main interchange bridge and the main line overpass separation overpass) has a total length of 26429.5 m/79 super large and medium-sized bridges, accounting for 15.56% of the total length of the line. (1) The main line starts from the Nangang Industrial Zone in Binhai New Area, connects the existing Haibin Avenue and Gangbei Road in Nangang Industrial Zone, passes through the south and Dongtaizi of Dagang Power Plant, and ends near Xiaozhangzhuang, Xiqing District, connecting the existing Tianjin Shijiazhuang Expressway and Changshen Expressway.
(2) The connection line of Rongwu Expressway is about 5.2km long.
The main line and connecting line are constructed in accordance with the standard of two-way four lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/h and a subgrade width of 27.5m.
The main line is set with four interchanges, namely Nangang Industrial Zone, Dagang Oilfield, Dongtaizi and Xiaozhangzhuang. The connection line of Rongwu Expressway is provided with one Xiaobo interchange.
