Laryngeal orifice (larngeal aperture) is the upper mouth of the laryngeal cavity, which is similar to the triangle with high front and low back. It is surrounded by the upper edge of epiglottis, aryepiglottic fold and interarytenoid notch.
When breathing normally, the laryngeal orifice plane is upward and backward, showing an open state; Close when swallowing.
