Chamber dryer refers to the intermittent dryer that looks like a box. Its outer wall is an insulating layer. The materials are loaded in a shallow tray, placed on the support in the box, and stacked. The thickness of the material layer is generally 10~100mm. The air is fed by the fan, heated to the required temperature, and blown through the static material to dry the material. The relative speed of hot air and materials is generally limited to the fact that the materials will not be taken away by the airflow. There are various internal structures of the box dryer. According to the flow mode of hot air, it can be divided into: (1) horizontal airflow chamber drying, that is, hot air passes along the surface of materials; (2) Through flow airflow chamber drying, hot air vertically passes through the material layer. It can be divided into: (1) fixed bracket type; (2) Trolley mobile. According to the operating pressure, it can be divided into normal pressure and vacuum. It is suitable for small-scale production.
