History of school running

On May 5, 1952, Inner Mongolia Normal University was founded in the then capital Ulanhot
In August 1953, Inner Mongolia Normal College merged from Zhangjiakou Normal College and Suiyuan Normal College and was incorporated into Inner Mongolia Normal College.
On July 6, 1954, the Ministry of Education approved the merger of the former Inner Mongolia Normal University and the former Inner Mongolia Normal College to be called "Inner Mongolia Normal University". The hospital is located in Hohhot, with Mongolian Department and Chinese Department under it. On November 24, the People's Government of the Autonomous Region decided to change Hohhot No.3 Middle School into a secondary school affiliated to Inner Mongolia Normal University.
In 1955, all teachers and students moved to the new campus outside the south gate of the new city.
In 1956, the College set up the correspondence education department, with three majors of Chinese, Mongolian and mathematics.
In 1958, five majors of physics, chemistry, biology, history and geography were added as junior college and undergraduate courses, and Renmin University of China And other famous domestic colleges and universities to jointly pilot postgraduate education.
In 1959, the correspondence department was established.
In 1964, the school set up an affiliated correspondence university, and successively set up correspondence stations in Yakeshi, Tongliao, Chifeng and other places, forming a complete correspondence education system.
In 1971, the school tried to recruit workers, peasants and soldiers.
In 1972, the school fully recruited workers, peasants and soldiers.
In 1976, the school resumed correspondence education.
