The China Tibetology Research Center is a comprehensive academic institution of Tibetan studies, located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and was founded on May 20, 1986.
Mainly engaged in the research on the history, current situation and future development of Tibet and Tibetan related counties in Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu and Qinghai provinces.[11-12]
