Prevention suggestions

Announce
edit
On January 22, 2022, the China Anti Cancer Association issued the Ten Recommendations for Cancer Prevention and Control in China in 2022.
Understand Cancer Correctly
Cancer is a chronic disease that can be prevented, screened and treated. Most cancers are the result of long-term accumulation of gene damage and changes in human cells under the long-term effect of external factors. It is a multifactorial, multi-stage, complex and gradual process. It usually takes decades to develop from normal cells to cancer cells.
Change bad lifestyle
Smoking, excessive drinking, obesity, stress, lack of exercise, unreasonable dietary habits, etc. are all risk factors for cancer. Smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, balanced diet, moderate exercise and good mood can effectively reduce the incidence of cancer.
Pay close attention to carcinogenic factors
Cancer is not infectious, but some bacteria (such as Helicobacter pylori) and viruses (such as human papillomavirus, hepatitis virus, EB virus, etc.) closely related to cancer are infectious. Cancer can be prevented by maintaining personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep away from carcinogens
There are many clear carcinogens around us, such as formaldehyde, aflatoxin, nitrite, etc. It is recommended not to eat moldy food, and eat less fried and pickled food.
Vaccination to prevent some cancers
HPV vaccine can prevent cervical cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, anal cancer, penis cancer and other cancers, while hepatitis B vaccine can prevent hepatitis B virus infection, and hepatitis B is a high risk factor for liver cancer. Vaccination can avoid infection of relevant bacteria and viruses. It is recommended to vaccinate as soon as possible.
Keep an optimistic attitude
A good attitude is a good medicine to prevent and fight cancer, even all diseases. A positive attitude will keep you in a normal and reasonable state of life. Learn to keep optimistic and cheer up. Be good at self comfort and self liberation. Avoid irritability, anger or depression.
Select individualized cancer prevention physical examination
Tertiary prevention can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of cancer. At present, most common cancers can be found early by technical means, such as lung cancer can be screened by low-dose spiral CT in the chest, breast cancer can be screened by ultrasound combined with molybdenum target, and digestive tract cancer can be screened by gastroscopy. Choosing individual physical examination items according to individual genetic history, disease history, age, previous examination results, etc. is the key to improve the early diagnosis rate of cancer.
Be alert for early symptoms
The therapeutic effect and survival time of cancer are closely related to the time of cancer discovery. The earlier the discovery, the better the treatment effect and the longer the survival time. When there are abnormal lumps, persistent pain, blood in sputum, painless hematuria, changes in stool habits and properties, or blood in the body, you should go to the hospital in time.
Select a regular hospital for standardized diagnosis and treatment
Standardized treatment is a scientific summary of long-term clinical treatment work. It is the basic guarantee for curing cancer to decide a comprehensive treatment plan according to the type of cancer and disease stage. Cancer patients should go to regular hospitals for standardized treatment, and should not trust folk remedies or false advertisements to avoid delaying the treatment opportunity.
Scientific recovery and perseverance
Scientific rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the survival time and quality of life of patients. Cancer rehabilitation treatment includes psychological rehabilitation and physical rehabilitation, which is the necessary continuation and improvement of clinical treatment. Cancer patients should face up to cancer, actively adjust their body immunity, maintain good physical and mental state, achieve long-term stability of their condition, and "coexist" with cancer.
