The Surrey International College of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics was jointly established by Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and the University of Surrey, UK, and was approved by the Ministry of Education in August 2007.Surrey International College is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, in the Dongcai campus near the mountain and the sea. Its independent teaching building is Lijin Building.The college has nearly 90 Chinese and foreign teachers and staff, and the total number of students on campus is more than 1400.The college offers three undergraduate majors: financial management, business management and tourism management.[1]
