In 2012, director Kong Sheng just went through a period of intensive work and wanted to shoot a relaxed script[18]。The main shooting locations of the play are Beijing and Qingdao, Shandong.In order to restore the scene in the novel, a lot of effort was spent on props during the shooting, so a lot of money was invested.Kong Sheng, the director, said that more than ten of the three sets of cameras that the crew has been using were the best at that time.
