特性
通过固定型电极可以进行稳定的测定 ad-MED比特利格尔 ® 通过与2(12孔用、24孔用)组合,可抑制测量值的变动,实现稳定的测量。 另外,电极的探针部分采用了耐腐蚀性强的材料。 可以在测量TEER值的同时添加被试验物质 通过固定型电极的狭缝结构,可以在插入物内添加被试验物质。 实时捕捉受试物质暴露带来的影响。 另外,通过安装市售的温度传感器,也可以监测培养基温度。 专用软件的经时测定、数据保存功能 通过在您的电脑上启动设备附带的专用软件,设定任意的测量间隔,可以进行经时的TEER值测量。 另外,测量的数据可以输出到CSV文件。
