phi29 DNA Polymerase set

>phi29 DNA polymerase is areplicative polymerase from Bacillus subtilis pharge phi29。The polymerase with a powerful strand displacement activity and a proofreading exonuclease function has been used for Whole Genome Amplification（WGA）etc.This kit containing high ly purified phi29 DNA polymerase allows obtaining the targenome without nonspecific amplification。
