“Behind-the-Shenes:ASHG Publications Workshop”,taking place on Saturday,November4第三单击功能区上,will provide you with information to help navigate the scientific publication process.Editors from multiple journals,including AJHG and HGG Advances,will give you a behind-the-scenes view of scientific publishing,covering topics such as data sharing,open access publication, and the ins and outs of the peer review process.There will be plenty of time for questions and networking.This session is geared towards trainees and junior faculty who are relatively new to publishing。

Focus on Diversity

To help build a culturally diverse genetics workforce,the ASHG Diversity,Equity,and Inclusion Reception will take place,Thursday,November2nd单击功能区上,and a luncheon will take place that same day at12:15pm-1:45pm.Both ticketed events aim to mentor trainees from underrepresented minority groups and share information on training and career opportunities in genetics and genomics。
