Today, let's introduce a python wheel, gallery dl. This wheel is very easy to use (blow!). It supports the batch download of pictures from various large websites. The simplest ones are Pixiv, Danbooru, Deviaart, Safebooru, etc. It can download all the picture sources that can be searched with SauceNAO, which is not too comfortable

brief introduction

Gallery dl is a Python based command line program for downloading image libraries and collections from multiple image hosting sites (see Supported Sites). It is a cross platform tool with many configuration options and powerful file management functions.

install

be careful! Since most famous image website servers are located abroad, it is recommended to install this program on a foreign server, download the images, and then package and send them back to the local for the best experience.

Linux

Required under Linux Python3.4 The above version and the dependent package requests

On the premise of installing Python 3.4+, you can directly execute the following code to install gallery dl:

• On the premise of using pip to install and configure the system environment, you can run gallery dl on the terminal/CMD/Powershell in any directory
• If you use a Windows executable file, use CMD to enter the file storage directory and execute gallery dl
• Gallery dl Download directory Default format: current directory/gallery dl/website name/author (or other distinguished names)/image
• The download website should be enclosed in double quotation marks to avoid unnecessary mistakes (often made) (laugh)
