A method of subtracting top path from ai dual path

Sometimes when creating vector graphics, we want to merge the two paths and deduct the top path. The method is as follows:

Shortcut key: Shift+Ctrl+F9 or execute Window - Path Finder.

Select the two paths you want to merge. In the pop-up Path Finder panel, hold down the Alt key and click Subtract Top Level in Shape Mode.
