(1) Device information: device brand, device model, device operating system version, network information, (only used for App application statistics, H5 channel statistics, App parameter transmission installation, ASA attribution statistics);
(2) Android ID, device serial number (developers can choose to turn this option on or off, only for Android anti cheating monitoring function);
(3) Pasteboard (clipboard) (developers can choose to turn this option on or off, which is only used to help improve the accuracy of the App parameter transfer function);
(4) IMEI, IDFA, OAID, network address (only for advertising statistics);

The way we deal with these categories of personal information will be different, because we have a direct contractual relationship with you, which is different from our indirect relationship with your end users. As our customer, if you use our products or services to provide services for your end users, you should separately agree on a privacy policy with your end users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, disclose the openinstall SDK data processing in a timely manner, and ensure that your end users have agreed to the openinstall privacy policy; If you do not require your end users to agree to the contents of this privacy policy, you should stop using openinstall products or services.

According to the relevant laws and regulations, openinstall strictly keeps your registration information confidential. In addition to cooperating with the national authorities based on network security management and investigation of network violations, even for openinstall staff, openinstall will encrypt your registration information and developer authentication information and display them to ensure your information security.

According to relevant laws and regulations, openinstall strictly protects your business secrets. In addition to cooperating with the national authorities based on network security management and network violation case investigation, openinstall will not actively view your application related information, including but not limited to application information, installation volume, regional distribution of installation users and other statistical information.

Exceptions:
The developer violated the openinstall service terms and privacy policy;
For the purpose of public safety;
At the request of relevant national departments according to law.

1、 How we collect and use your or your end user's personal information

According to relevant laws and regulations, we will follow the principles of justice, legality and necessity to collect and use the personal information of you or your end users that you actively provide in the process of using the platform, that you generate as a result of using the platform, and that we obtain from a third party for the following purposes described in this policy.

Regardless of the above scenarios, we usually collect and use your or your end-users' personal information only with your consent, unless in some cases, we collect personal information from you or your end-users based on legal obligations or may need to protect your or other people's important interests.

Please understand that the functions of products or services on this platform may also change and develop due to changes in business strategies. If we want to use your or your end user's personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or the personal information collected for a specific purpose will be used for other purposes, we will inform you in a reasonable way through this platform and obtain your consent again before use.

1. Your personal information as an openinstall developer customer (or potential developer customer)

In order to realize the basic business functions of this platform, we may need to collect and use your relevant personal information. The following details our basic business functions and the type of personal information required to achieve this function. If you refuse to provide, you will not be able to use the relevant products and services of this platform.

(1) When you register/log in to the openinstall account, we will ask you to provide your email address and mobile phone number to create an account.

(2) When you actively contact us through QQ/WeChat and other communication tools, we may need you to provide product related information, and we will use this information to respond to your questions and service requirements.

(3) When you use our invoice/contract services, we will ask you to provide your contact address and phone number for sending relevant documents.

(4) According to the Network Security Law, when you officially use our service, you are also required to provide ID card information or enterprise information for developer authentication.

2. Personal information of your end user

Openinstall provides channel statistics, data statistics and analysis services for mobile applications. After you integrate the openinstall SDK in the application and call the relevant interfaces, your application will collect and transmit the relevant data of your end users, and analyze these data through our services to achieve the corresponding functions.

The end user data obtained by openinstall SDK includes:

App parameter transfer function: Obtain the device brand, device model, network information, and operating system version, which are used to match the operating system version for fuzzy attribution purposes in the parameter transfer function. Pasting board (cutting board) is used to help improve the accuracy of parameter restoration.
H5 channel statistics: Obtain information about device brand, device model, network information, and operating system version for channel attribution algorithm.
Mobile advertising effect monitoring: Obtain the international mobile device identification code (IMEI), iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), and mobile security alliance supplementary device identification (OAID) for advertising statistics.
Cheating monitoring: Obtain Android ID and device serial number, which are used to identify the uniqueness of the device in cheating monitoring, so as to filter duplicate devices and monitor malicious acts of cheating.
App application statistics: Obtain the device brand, device model, and operating system version, which are used for operating system version analysis and statistics of application statistics, and the network address is used for active device region analysis and statistics of application statistics.
One button pull up: Integrate scheme, universal link and other technologies to be compatible with major domestic browsers (this function does not involve personal information collection).

You should know and understand that some device information and network information need to apply for permission through the host APP of your integrated openinstall SDK, and we will collect them only after obtaining the user's authorization and consent.

It should be noted that the data collected based on the developer service agreement and with the express consent of the end user are used to provide services after de identification or anonymization.

When we want to use personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will notify you in advance, and please notify your end users and ask for their consent. When we want to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will also notify you in advance and ask you to notify your end users and ask for their consent.

3. Your personal information we obtained from a third party

We may obtain and properly use public information about you through public channels such as web pages, or obtain operational information about your enterprise that has been publicized from third-party providers to help us better understand our customer base, such as your industry, your products and your enterprise's website URL.

4. Exceptions to personal information collection and use authorization

According to laws, regulations and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your or your end user's authorization and consent to collect and use your or your end user's personal information in the following circumstances:

(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;

(2) Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;

(3) It is difficult to obtain my consent for the purpose of protecting the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals;

(4) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by yourself;

(5) Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;

(6) Necessary for signing or performing the contract according to your requirements;

(7) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Please note that if the information cannot identify your personal identity or that of your end user alone or in combination with other information, it does not belong to your personal information or that of your end user in the legal sense.

2、 How do we use cookie and other similar technologies

When you use our service, in order to ensure the normal operation of the website, we will store a small data file named Cookie on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. Cookies can help us identify you as our registered user, save you from repeating the steps of entering registration information, or help us judge the security of your account.

Therefore, before you integrate our SDK into your product to collect data, you must promise:

(1) You have complied with and will continue to comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to formulating and publishing relevant policies on personal information protection and privacy protection;

(4) You have disclosed and explained to end users, allowing us to de identify or anonymize the collected data to provide channel statistics services.

If your violation of the above commitments causes your end users to claim any form of claims or claims against us, or will cause us to be involved in legal or administrative procedures, you will be responsible for a comprehensive solution and compensate us for any form of losses we may suffer as a result.

4、 How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your or your end user's personal information

1. Share

We will not share your and your end-user information with any other company, organization or individual, except for the following circumstances:

(1) After obtaining the explicit consent of you or your end user, we will share your or your end user's information with other parties;

(2) We may share your or your end user's information according to laws and regulations or mandatory requirements of government authorities;

(3) We may share your information with trusted third-party suppliers or other service providers (collectively referred to as "partners") in order to provide better customer service and optimize the user experience. We will only share your information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and only share information necessary for providing services. If you refuse our partner to use your information, you may not be able to use the services provided by this platform through the partner.

2. Assignment

With the continuous development of our business, we and our affiliated companies may carry out mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers or similar transactions. The information of you and your end users may be transferred as part of such transactions. In this case, we will require new companies and organizations holding personal information to continue to be bound by this statement. If there is any change in the collection and processing of personal information agreed in this statement, the company or organization will ask you for authorization again. In addition, we will not transfer your and your end-user information to any company, organization or individual.

3. Public disclosure

Under the constraints of applicable laws and regulations, we will not publicly disclose your or your end-users' personal information unless you or your end-users' explicit consent is obtained.

5、 How can we protect your personal information and that of your end users

1. Data confidentiality measures taken by us

(1) The Internet environment is not 100% secure. Although we have made necessary and reasonable efforts, it may still be stolen, illegally owned or abused, which may cause personal, property and reputation losses to you and your users. You have understood the above risks and are willing to take them.

(2) We have used industry standard security measures to protect the information you provide from unauthorized access, disclosure, abuse, tampering, damage or loss. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect the data security of you and your end users.

(3) We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected. We will only retain your and your end-user information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose described in this privacy policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or permitted by law.

(4) The Internet is not an absolutely safe environment. Please do not send personal information by email or instant messaging. Please use complex passwords and change them regularly to help us ensure the security of your account.

2. Emergency disposal and early warning

In case of an unfortunate personal information security incident, we will timely inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can independently prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for you through the website letter/your reserved contact information according to the requirements of laws and regulations. If you apply openinstall outside the mainland of the People's Republic of China, you should comply with the legal requirements on cross-border transmission and transfer, and bear all the risks that may arise. We attach great importance to the management of your and your end users' personal information, and do our best to protect your rights to query, access, modify, delete, complain and report your personal information, as well as to set privacy functions, so as to ensure your and your end users' privacy and information security.

1. For openinstall developer customers

(1) Access to correct your personal information

You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your data access right, you can access your personal information by logging in to your account and entering the "Account Information" page.

If you are unable to access these personal information through the above methods, you can contact us through various contact methods published on the openinstall website. When accessing relevant information, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.

Please understand that some of your requests may not be responded to due to technical limitations and legal and regulatory requirements. Some of your information may not be accessible due to legal and regulatory requirements, information security and other legitimate reasons.

(2) Delete your personal information

You can send an email to cooperation@openinstall.com Contact customer service and request to delete your personal information:

① If we collect and use personal information in violation of laws and regulations;

② If we collect and use personal information in violation of the agreement with you;

③ If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;

④ If we no longer provide you with products or services.

When deleting relevant information, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. Please note that we may not delete the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but will delete it when the backup is updated.

Despite the above provisions, in order to implement the user agreement and comply with the technical requirements related to safe operation, we may still retain some data for a reasonable time to the extent permitted by law.

(3) Account cancellation

You can cancel your previously registered account at any time by sending an email to cooperation@openinstall.com Contact customer service. You should know that canceling your openinstall account will cause you to permanently lose access to your account and the data in your account. We will provide you with account cancellation service after verifying your identity and negotiating with you to process the assets in your account. After canceling the openinstall account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible according to your requirements, unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.

2. End users of applications using the openinstall service

According to the privacy policy of the application provider, please send the request related to your personal information directly to the relevant application provider for processing and help. Openinstall will actively cooperate and respond to the request after receiving the relevant request from the application provider and verifying the authenticity and legitimacy of the request.

3. Respond to the above requests from you or your end users

In order to ensure security, you may need to provide a written request to prove your identity. We will first request to verify your identity before processing your request.

In principle, we do not charge you any fees for the above reasonable request. We may reject those requests that are unprovoked and repetitive, require too many technical means (for example, need to develop new systems or fundamentally change the current practices), bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).

We will not be able to respond to your or your end users' requests in the following cases:

(1) Related to our performance of our obligations under laws and regulations;

(2) Directly related to national security and national defense security;

(3) Directly related to public safety, public health and major public interests;

(4) We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

(5) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;

(6) Involving trade secrets.

8、 How we deal with children's personal information

We have made it clear in the service premise that children are not allowed to register as our users. In principle, we do not accept your provision of personal information for end-users under the age of 14. Please pay attention and carefully provide it.

If your app is designed and developed for children under the age of 14, please make sure that your end user is the guardian, has read and agreed to the privacy policy of the app, and is authorized to agree to provide children's personal information to us to realize the relevant functions of the app.

Although local laws and customs have different definitions of children, we regard anyone under the age of 14 as a child.

If we collect personal information from children under the age of 14 without our knowledge, we will delete relevant data in a timely manner, unless we are required by law to retain such data.

9、 How do we update and modify this policy

In order to provide you with better services, this platform and related services will be updated and changed from time to time, and we will revise this policy from time to time. These revisions constitute a part of this policy and have the same effect as this policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights that you or your end users should enjoy according to this privacy policy.
