Record the command method for viewing the Linux kernel version

Some of the software installed on our servers requires a specific Linux kernel version. Here we can view the Linux kernel version through the command. The commands here depend on which Linux distribution you are using. Here are some commands for popular Linux distributions:

Debian, Ubuntu and other Debian based systems:

 uname -r

Red Hat, CentOS, and other Red Hat based systems:

 uname -r

Fedora：

 uname -r

Arch Linux：

 uname -r

These commands will display the currently running kernel version. If you want to view more detailed kernel information, you can try the following command:

 uname -a

This command will display the kernel version, host name, operating system type, processor type and other information.
