Use Amazon Cloud Lightsail lightweight server to create a WordPress application site with one click

In the past few months, Lao Zuo applied for Amazon Cloud free account, supported the opening of EC2 ECS for 12 months, and also included the lightweight server Lightsail. In fact, the lightweight server is similar to our domestic cloud server businesses. Some built-in lightweight applications can be installed directly with one click. In this article, I will record how to create Lightsail and deploy the WordPress website. If we don't have an Amazon cloud account, we can apply.

Here, after logging into the Amazon Cloud background, we can enter Lightsail to see the product, and then enter it to prepare for creation. What needs to be said here is that Amazon Cloud International Edition free account also supports free Lightsail lightweight server.

After entering the Amazon Lightsail product area, click Create instance.

There are multiple regions to choose from. Here I will show you how to choose a Korean region at random. You can also choose Japan, Singapore, Australia, the United States, etc.

Then we choose the system to support linux and windows. Then you can see the built-in one click installation image. Here I directly install the single user version of WordPress.

Then we choose a lightweight server configuration, starting at $3.5 per month, and we can see that it is eligible for free support. At the same time, we need to create a user name, which can be written by ourselves.

After creation, you can see the currently opened Lightsail lightweight server, which will be running after a while. You can see the assigned IP address. Is there any account information after we create the WP site? We need remote SSH access.

Click Remote SSH, and then enter:

 cat $HOME/bitnami_application_password

You can see the password, which is the password of wordpress. Here we have not bound the domain name, we can directly bind the domain name in the background to change the IP to the domain name. The user name is user.

We can also see the IP address of the server. If you log in to SSH locally, you can also log in with the key if you have an IP address and a user name.

Here, we can directly log in to the WORDPRESS website with IP and modify the bound domain name. The domain name can be resolved to the server IP.

Here we can see the created IP. It includes the security group port settings of the server, and supports separate IPV4 and IPV6.

In this way, we can simply create Amazon ECS For lightweight applications. If it is not used, it can also be deleted.
