Generally, after we open the server, we first check whether the current server IP can be connected. For example, I can see this in the PING test.

We see that the current server status is normal, but PING is not available. It seems that this IP is unavailable. Generally, this problem is only applicable to our newly opened server. If the newly opened server sees that the IP is unavailable, we will resolutely delete the server.

Find the current server in the server list, see the figure above, and click Server Destroy.

Then select a term and delete it directly. After deletion, we need to re open a server.
