There may be some problems in sending and receiving emails, but there must be some problems in terms of corporate image. Is it not impressive enough? Generally, it is an enterprise post office with its own website domain name suffix.

At present, there are many businesses that provide enterprise post offices. For example, when a friend bought Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Post Office, the minimum paying user is 600 one year. If our individual users can also try to use it, it seems that there is one free account for personal experience and five user accounts are allocated for use. I don't know the difference between free and paid. If we are an enterprise, we still pay.

First, Alibaba Cloud enterprise post office settings analysis

If our domain name is on the AliCloud platform and we use AliCloud DNS, we can directly enable automatic binding and resolution when purchasing the post office. If not, we will see that the resolution is ineffective, and we need to resolve it ourselves.

If our domain name has a third-party DNS, it needs to be resolved at the domain name DNS, and added according to the record value. It should be noted here that if we use CNAME resolution, adding MX records here is a conflict. At present, most DNS does not allow CNAME and MX to exist at the same time. If we need to use the enterprise post office, the website resolution can only use the A record resolution.

Second Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mailbox Management account

We can see that after parsing, you can log in to the separate mailbox management panel. If we forget the password, we can also reset a new password.

Here we need to assign email accounts to users/employees.

Here we can set the capacity, password and whether SMTP service is supported for a separate account.
