First, select server backup

If we need to start the backup service, enter the current server, click Backups, and you can see the figure above. By default, it is not started because it is a paid service. If necessary, click Enable Backups to start.

After startup, we can set the backup cycle, daily backup, weekly backup, monthly backup, and backup time. We can set it in the early morning. This will automatically back up according to our settings.
