Based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit, Party A and Party B, through full and friendly negotiation, have reached the following terms on Party B's leasing of closed greenhouse to Party A:

1、 Address of the closed greenhouse leased by Party A to Party B and leased by Party B to Party A:

2、 Party A rents a closed greenhouse to Party B for aquaculture.

3、 The lease term is five years, from September 1, 2015 to August 30, 2020.

4、 Party A shall calculate the rent from September 1, 2015 and deliver it to Party B for use, which shall be confirmed and accepted by Party B. At the same time, when the lease term expires, Party B will move out by itself, and the assets involved in Party A will be returned to Party A in full. If there is any damage, compensation will be made according to the price.

5、 Rental expenses:

1. The annual rent of the greenhouse is 10000 yuan, in words (the rent collected by Party A from Party B is tax exclusive, and if Party B has to settle the rent with tax invoice, the tax to be paid for the rent shall be borne by Party B), (the land lease fee shall be borne by Party A).

2. Public expenses: boiler steam, electricity, water, financial expenses, and daily management expenses shall be allocated to each greenhouse according to the public expenses and shall not be in arrears.

6、 During the lease period, Party B guarantees that its operation shall not violate national laws and regulations, otherwise all economic and legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

Lessee: (hereinafter referred to as Party B)

Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the lease of the house:

1、 Party A will lease the house located at x to Party B for residential use, and the lease term is from xx, 20xx to xx, 20xx.

2、 The monthly rent of the house is RMB x, which is settled annually. Party B shall pay the annual rent to Party A every 20xx years, months and days.

3、 During the lease period of Party B, water, electricity, heating, gas, telephone, property and other expenses incurred by Party B's residence shall be borne by Party B. At the end of the lease, Party B shall pay the arrears.

4、 Party B agrees to pay x yuan in advance as the deposit, which will be offset as the rent when the contract is terminated.

5、 The lease term of the house is from 20xx to 20xx. During this period, if either party requests to terminate the contract, it must notify the other party three months in advance and pay the other party the liquidated damages for the total rent; If Party A transfers the house, Party B has the preemptive right.

6、 Party B shall be responsible for other expenses incurred due to the rental of the house, except for land fees and overhaul fees.

7、 During the lease period, Party B has no right to sublease or lend the house without Party A's consent; The structure and purpose of the house shall not be changed. If the house and its supporting facilities are damaged due to Party B's artificial reasons, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

8、 Party A guarantees that the house has no property right dispute; If Party B requires Party A to provide the house property right certificate or other relevant certification materials due to business needs, Party A shall provide assistance.

9、 In case of any dispute arising from this contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation. If the consultation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit to the people's court for judicial settlement.

10、 Party B shall not commit any illegal act in the house, and shall pay attention to the safety of the house, its own property and person. In case of violation of laws and personal safety liability accidents, they shall be responsible by themselves. Party A shall not bear all legal and civil liabilities.

11、 This contract is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B holding one copy respectively, and shall come into force as of the date of signature by both parties.
