Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the lease of the house:

8、 Party A guarantees that the house has no property right dispute; If Party B requires Party A to provide the house property right certificate or other relevant certification materials due to business needs, Party A shall provide assistance.

9、 In case of any dispute arising from this contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation. If the consultation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit to the people's court for judicial settlement.

10、 Party B shall not commit any illegal act in the house, and shall pay attention to the safety of the house, its own property and person. In case of violation of laws and personal safety liability accidents, they shall be responsible by themselves. Party A shall not bear all legal and civil liabilities.

11、 This contract is made in duplicate, with Party A and Party B holding one copy respectively, and shall come into force as of the date of signature by both parties.
