In order to meet the need for a high-speed sealing ring, CARCO-PRP is pleased to present “Carcoseal/UN/07”.

UN/07 is the result of long-term testing by various manufacturers and end users.

This Carcoseal features a modified sealing lip, in order to reduce friction at speeds above 25 meters per second.

Carcoseal/UN/07 is mainly used as a bearing protection ring in rolling mills, for example in the production of aluminium foil.

UN/07 is vulcanized using high performance elastomeric mixtures such as H-NBR and FKM.

It is available with both a textile support for closed seats (UN/07) and a metal ring (UN/07/MB, self-retaining) for open seats.

Carcoseal/UN/07 is also available with lubrication channels (SCA/07 and SCA/07/MB).
