Rules for drawing red packets from electronic invoices
1、 Activity time:
Start time: April 20, 2018
End time: The event organizer will decide the end time according to the event situation, and the event will end when the entrance to the bonus package is closed.

2、 Activity content:
1. This activity is only available to Alipay real name registered users. Users can participate in the activity through Alipay mobile client activity promotion and other portals
2. The red envelope of this activity is cash red envelope, which is randomly selected. The maximum reward for a single red envelope is 188.88 yuan. Each user can draw five red envelopes every day, and each electronic invoice can only draw one red envelope. After winning the prize, the cash reward will automatically enter into the balance of Alipay account within 2 hours.
3. Only electronic invoices whose invoicing date is not earlier than April 1, 2018, which are displayed on the "Invoice Housekeeper" page of Alipay mobile phone client and whose invoice amount is not less than 2 yuan, can participate in the red packet drawing.
4. The following types of electronic invoices cannot participate in the bonus package: the invoice amount is less than 2 yuan; Paper invoice; Invoices issued by Tmall and Taobao; Expired invoices; Has participated in the issuance of the invoice lottery of the National Taxation Bureau
5. Ways of participation:

1. Scan the code through Alipay mobile phone client, apply for issuing an electronic invoice, and synchronize the electronic invoice to the invoice steward. Search on Alipay mobile phone client and enter "Invoice Housekeeper", click this electronic invoice and click "Draw Red Packet"
2. Click the "Invoicing" button on the specified page of Alipay mobile client (payment result page, bill details page, payment assistant notice page, etc.) to apply for issuing an electronic invoice, and synchronize the electronic invoice to the invoice steward. Search on Alipay mobile phone client and enter "Invoice Housekeeper", click this electronic invoice and click "Draw Red Packet".
3. Authorize the third party cooperating with the invoice steward to synchronize the electronic invoice to the invoice steward. Search on Alipay mobile phone client and enter "Invoice Housekeeper", click this electronic invoice and click "Draw Red Packet".

3、 Other instructions:
1. In case of user's illegal behavior (such as false transaction, cheating, cash out, etc.), the invoice steward will revoke the qualification of the illegal user to participate in this activity, and has the right to withdraw the reward obtained by the illegal user.
2. Invoice steward is the third-party platform for invoice related services. The service of invoicing shall be provided by the service provider cooperated by the invoice steward. Please refer to the display on the invoice details page for the name of the service provider.
