Locomotive collector image collection and upload settings - go to your blog

Image acquisition and upload settings of locomotive collector

Tutorial directory:

In front of us, we wrote the basic title and article collection. Next, we will introduce the collection of pictures.

Image collection is not necessary, but images can enrich the content of the website. I don't know exactly what impact they will have on the website's SEO. There is no difference between collecting pictures in my test and not collecting pictures. Most of the collection stations I see do not collect pictures!

If the amount of data collected is large, you can choose not to collect pictures.

Body Start

The first is the setting on the locomotive collector.

Let's take this article as an example: https://server.zzidc.com/serverhosting/3117.html

There is a picture in this, and it is also the website used for demonstration in our previous tutorial.

Statement: I have not used any Jing'an products (used them before), and I have a bad impression of his products. This is just a tutorial example, not intended to recommend other products.

We directly open the locomotive acquisition task created in the previous tutorial.

In Content Collection Rules - Content - File Download

Select: complete the relative address as the absolute address, and download the picture

The file address must contain: uploads/allimg

This must be set according to different websites. For example, the article image address in this tutorial is:

https://server.zzidc.com/uploads/allimg/191015/1-191015150925U2.png

The domain name of his website will change after removing the previous one file name and Directory name in date format The rest is basically what we want, so I make the image file address include uploads/allimg.

Why do you do this?

Because it is possible for him to add picture ads in the article, most of the picture ads are placed in a separate directory in order to facilitate modification. In this way, the advertising will be easier in the future. New and old articles can be revised at once.

File saving directory: i m g/yyyyMMdd

This directory is the directory to be created in the local computer and server of your collector. It is saved locally and then uploaded to the server.

The slash in the directory is because by default, m and g in the img will be recognized by the locomotive as built-in functions (the letters will turn green), which cannot be parsed normally, so the slash is added. Normally, it is img/yyyyMMdd

Meaning: it means to save to the/img directory of the website, and then automatically create the corresponding directory according to the year, month and day.

Then, in the exclusion of the - HTML tag of the content, we remove the exclusion of the image<img tag. Because after exclusion, there will be no image call in the article after we publish it, and the image content will not be displayed naturally.

Then we upload and set the pictures. When we collect the pictures, we first download them to the local place and then transfer them to the server.

Upload via FTP.

First upload an FTP account on the pagoda panel. The default FTP directory should be set in our website and directory.

The collector will create its own directory according to the above settings.

be careful : Remember to open the port used by FTP! 21, 20, 39000-40000 If you do not open the port, your pictures will not be transmitted. The reason for releasing ports 20 and 39000 to 40000 is that FTP connection errors often occur in pagoda FTP. This is another problem. I won't explain it here, otherwise it will be too long.

Open the locomotive collector: other settings, FTP file upload, FTP upload

Server: fill in your server IP address

User name/password: the FTP account and password just created

Port: default 21

File upload root directory:/

Order: publish data first

Delete the local file after the file is uploaded successfully: Yes

You can also choose No here. If you choose Yes, you can reduce the disk occupation of the machine where the collector is located. Moreover, it is unnecessary to keep the pictures uploaded successfully.
