1. First of all, make sure that your computer is plugged in to avoid interruption.
2. To download the shared file, first upgrade the BIOS, and then open the folder to find BIOS 1.16_EC 1.33.09_GK5CN6Z_Mechrevo\intel_CFL_GK5CN6Z_Mechrevo_BIOS_N.1.16_EC_1.33.09_20180829\BIOS\FlashUtil\AfuWin64
3. Execute F.bat in this directory and follow the steps. Do not operate the mouse during the upgrade. After the upgrade, it will restart automatically.
4. Restart is successful if there is no error in the middle. Next, continue to upgrade EC, open the folder in turn to find BIOS 1.16_EC 1.33.09_GK5CN6Z_Mechrevo\intel_CFL_GK5CN6Z_Mechrevo_BIOS_N.1.16_EC_1.33.09_20180829\BIOS\FlashUtil\AfuWin64Cap ， Note that the folder here is AfuWin64Cap
5. Execute F.bat in this directory. Follow the steps, and it will automatically restart to enter BIOS for upgrading. After that, it will automatically restart, and the upgrade is completed.
6. Verify whether the upgrade is complete: press F2 to enter the BIOS when the computer is powered on, and the BIOS version below Main: 1.16, EC version: 1.33.09 is successful!!!
