Notice to contributors of China Hospital Management Journal

1. The manuscript shall be scientific and practical, with clear arguments, reliable data, concise characters, clear levels, accurate data, neat and standard writing, and statistical processing shall be carried out when necessary. Works, reviews, lectures, etc. generally do not exceed 5000 words.

2. The title should be concise and eye-catching, reflecting the theme of the article. Generally, the Chinese text title should be within 20 Chinese characters.

3. The names of the authors and authors should be arranged in order under the title. The order should be determined at the time of submission and should not be changed in the process of arrangement; The footnotes of the author's company name and zip code are at the bottom left of the same page.

(1) Signature of individual author: ① The signature of the author should be given to the department after the unit. If the author has an e-mail, he can add parentheses after the name of the company, such as (Email:...). ② If there is more than one individual author, you can designate a corresponding author to start a new line, and list the name, postal code, and company name of the corresponding author after the words "corresponding author:" (Email can be listed if there is one).

(2) Collective authorship: For papers with collective authorship, "(××××××××× Sort)" shall be written on the top box on the right side of the end column. At the same time, the relevant information of the author shall be communicated in the footnotes on the front page of the paper. Only one author shall be listed for correspondence, which shall be determined by the contributors themselves. At least one author must be responsible for each main conclusion in the article. The article with collective signature must specify the key person responsible for the article.

(3) Signature of the collaboration group: the correspondence author, full name of the organization (to the department) and postal code (email address) are footnotes at the bottom left of the front page of the paper, and the members of the collaboration group are indicated in a separate paragraph before the references at the end of the paper. If there are foreign authors among them, they should obtain their own consent and a letter of certification.

4. Research based writing must be accompanied by Chinese and English abstracts, which must include four parts: purpose, method, results (main data should be given), and conclusion; An indicative summary can be written for a general treatise. Write in the third person. Considering that Chinese readers can refer to the original works in Chinese, in order to save space, the Chinese abstract can be simplified (about 200 words), while the English abstract is relatively specific (about 400 content words). The English abstract should also include the title, the author's name (Chinese phonetic alphabet), the name of the company, the name of the city and the postal code. The author should list the first three digits, and add "etal" to more than three digits; If they do not belong to the same company, add "*" to the top right corner of the first author's name, and add "*" to the top left corner of the first letter of the company's name. For example: LinXianyan *, WuJianping, QinJiang, et al DepartmentofPediatrics,FirstHospital,BeijingMedicalUniversity,Beijing100034

5. Keyword monographs should be indexed with 2-5 keywords. Please try to use the words listed in the latest version of Index Medicine (MeSH) edited by the National Library of Medicine. If there is no corresponding word in the latest version of MeSH, the processing methods are as follows: ① several directly related subject words can be selected for matching. ② The most direct epistatic subject words can be selected according to the tree structure table. ③ If necessary, free words can be used and arranged last. Abbreviations in keywords should be reduced to full name according to MeSH, for example, "HBsAg" should be labeled as "hepatitis B surface antigen". The first letter of each English keyword is capitalized, and there are two words between the vocabularies.

6. Medical terms shall be subject to the Medical Terms published by the Science Press in 1989 and later, and those not yet published shall be subject to the English Chinese Medical Vocabulary compiled by the People's Health Press. The Chinese drug name should use the name in the Pharmacopoeia 1995 (legal drug) or the Glossary of Drug Names (non legal drug) edited by the Pharmacopoeia Committee of the Ministry of Health. The English drug name should use the international non patent drug name instead of the trade name.

7. Charts are coded consecutively according to the order in which they appear in the text. Each chart shall be preceded by a chart (table) title. Explanatory data shall be placed in the note below the figure (table), and all non public abbreviations used in the figure (table) shall be indicated in the note. This journal uses three horizontal lines (top line, header line, bottom line). If there is a total or statistical processing line (such as t value, P value, etc.), add a dividing line above this line; The data in the table shall be consistent with the effective digits of the same index, and the effective digits are generally determined by 1/3 of the standard deviation. The line diagram should be drawn in ink on white paper, and the ratio of height to width is about 5:7. Computer cartographers shall provide laser printed drawings. The photo should have good definition and contrast. The symbols (including arrows) that need to be marked in the drawing should be marked on a separate sheet of paper, not directly written on the photo, and the back of each drawing should be labeled with the drawing number, the author's name, and the up and down directions of the drawing. The picture cannot be damaged. If a portrait is to be published, the written consent of the person concerned should be obtained, or the part that can be identified should be covered. There should be scale marks in the photos of gross specimens. The pathological photos shall indicate the staining method and magnification. If any of the figures are quoted from other publications, the source shall be indicated.

8. The unit of measurement shall be the Legal Unit of Measurement of the People's Republic of China issued by the State Council in February 1984, and expressed in unit symbols. For specific use, refer to the book Application of Legal Units of Measurement in Medicine edited by the Editorial and Publishing Department of the Chinese Medical Association in 1991. Note that the unit name and unit symbol cannot be mixed, for example, ng · kg-1 · day-1 should be changed to ng · kg-1 · d-1; When there is more than one diagonal line for division in the combination unit symbol, it should be expressed in the form of negative power, for example, ng · kg-1 · min-1 should be used for ng/kg/min; The diagonal line and negative power in the combination unit cannot be mixed, for example, the form of ng/kg · min-1 should not be used in the previous example. In the narration, the value of legal measurement unit shall be listed first, and the value of old system unit shall be written in parentheses, such as 10kPa (75mmHg); However, if the same unit of measurement appears repeatedly, the conversion coefficient between the legal unit of measurement and the old system unit can be noted when it appears for the first time, and then only the value of the legal unit of measurement can be listed. The symbol of quantity is always in italics, for example, the symbol of absorbance (formerly called optical density) is A, and "A" is in italics.

9. Numbers shall comply with GB/T15835-1995 Regulations on the Use of Numbers in Publications. Arabic numerals are used for the century, year, month, day, time, counting and measurement of the Gregorian calendar. When there are more than 3 digits before or after the decimal point, every three digits form a group, and the space between groups is 1/4 Chinese characters. For example, "1329.476,5" should be written as "1309.4765". However, ordinal words and year, page number, troop number, instrument model, and standard number are not separated. For the range and deviation of percentage, the percentage symbol of the previous figure cannot be omitted, for example, 5%~95% should not be written as 5~95%, and 50.2% ± 0.6% should not be written as 50.2 ± 0.6%. Multiply the values of the attached dimension units in the following way: 4cm × 3cm × 5cm, instead of 4 × 3 × 5cm3.

Among the authors in the references, 1~3 are all listed, and more than 3 are only listed in the top 3, followed by ", etc." or other words corresponding to them. Abbreviations shall be used for the names of foreign periodicals, and the format in IndexMedicau shall prevail; Chinese periodicals use full names. Each reference must be described in the beginning and end pages, and only one page of the reference shall be given. References must be checked by the author and the original text.
