1、 Strengthen organizational leadership and implement work responsibilities

Our company attaches great importance to the special action of troubleshooting and governance of hidden dangers in production safety, practically strengthens leadership, takes effective measures and vigorously promotes work. (2) Implement supervision and inspection measures to ensure the effectiveness of rectification and governance

4、 Next work plan

At present, our company's troubleshooting and governance action for safety hazards is in full and in-depth progress, and preliminary results have been achieved, but there are still problems. First, a small number of construction enterprises do not have a good understanding of the troubleshooting and treatment of hidden dangers, and take special actions as phased tasks to complete, so they are relaxed in the later stage. Some hidden dangers were rectified during the inspection, but they recurred later. Second, some major potential safety hazards have not been fully rectified. Third, the system of screening and governance of major potential safety hazards and hierarchical monitoring of major hazard installations is not perfect, and some systems have been formulated but not fully implemented.

In the next stage, in addition to formulating rectification plans, implementing rectification personnel, funds and measures, and strengthening rectification efforts for the identified safety hazards, we will continue to earnestly implement the spirit of relevant meetings and document requirements, accept the supervision and guidance of the superior special action supervision team for troubleshooting and governance of safety hazards, and further consolidate the results of special activities for troubleshooting, Establish and improve the long-term mechanism for troubleshooting and governance of hidden dangers, strengthen the safety awareness, responsibility awareness and risk awareness of the overall staff, improve the safety production management level of our company, and maintain the stable situation of safety production.
