If you do not agree with any content of this notice, please stop the logout procedure immediately after you finish reading this notice.

Your account cancellation will result in the inability of Tianyancha series products, including but not limited to Tianyancha web version (www.tianyancha. com), Tianyancha APP, Tianyancha applet, etc. to continue to provide services for you, and you will also be unable to continue to use the account.
1、 Cancellation conditions
Please ensure that the account meets all the following conditions before you cancel the account, otherwise, you may not be able to complete the cancellation process normally, and you need to bear all losses and responsibilities arising therefrom:
1. The account has no transaction record in the past month;
2. The account has not been subject to any ongoing restrictive measures, including but not limited to unfinished violation penalties or authority records;
3. There is no shop under the account that has not been closed;
4. There are no outstanding orders and after-sales services under the account, and there are no outstanding payments;
5. There are no unresolved disputes under the account, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, etc;
6. The relevant virtual rights and interests under the account have been settled, otherwise it will be deemed that you voluntarily give up the assets and virtual rights and interests in the account, including but not limited to the rights and interests of account members, points, coupons, etc;
7. This account is not the manager of the VIP enterprise account;
8. You have backed up and kept the information in your account by yourself;
9. You should ensure that you have the right to decide the cancellation of the account;
10. You should promise that you will not ask for cancellation for any reason after submitting the application for cancellation of the account;
11. You should ensure that your cancellation of the account does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any complaint or dispute is caused thereby, you should bear it.
2、 Logoff Result
1. Once the account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. After the account is cancelled, you will not be able to log in and use the account on Tianyancha series products; If you need to use our service again after logging out, you can re register.
2. After the account is cancelled, all the data of the account on Tianyancha series products, including but not limited to personal information, transaction records, and favorite content, will not be retrieved.
3. After the account is cancelled, the account membership rights, points, coupons, qualifications, unfinished orders (if any) and other rights and interests obtained by the account on the Tianyancha series products are deemed to be abandoned by you and cannot be used any more.
4. After the account is cancelled, you can log in or bind other accounts through the account authorization, and you will not be able to log in again.
5. According to relevant laws and regulations, we will only retain your relevant personal information for the shortest time necessary to achieve our purposes. When you voluntarily cancel your account, the operators and affiliated companies of Tianyancha series products will delete your personal information or anonymize as soon as possible according to the requirements of laws and regulations.
6. The cancellation of the account does not mean that the actions and responsibilities before the cancellation of the account can be exempted or mitigated.
