Beijing News (Reporter Zhang Jian) On April 22, Guiyang Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Guizhou Province announced that it would adjust the housing provident fund loan policy, optimize the identification criteria for housing units, and set a minimum loan limit to strengthen support for low-income groups.

This new policy makes it clear that Guiyang's commercial personal housing loan records will no longer be included in the identification of housing units. Previously, the number of housing units was determined by taking the depositor's family (including the borrower's applicant and spouse) as the unit, referring to the nationwide housing provident fund and commercial personal housing loan records. Now it is changed to take the depositor's family (including the loan applicant, spouse and minor children) as the unit, and only refer to the number of housing units under the name of the district (city, county) where the house is purchased, the development zone, and the Gui'an New Area, and the nationwide housing provident fund loan records.

In order to increase support for low-income families, the new policy sets a minimum amount of credit. If the total monthly average deposit balance of the couple is less than 10000 yuan, the minimum credit limit is increased from 210000 yuan to 250000 yuan, an increase of 40000 yuan.
